A uniquely intensive performance introduces the world of Italian poet, songwriter and dramaturge Giorgio Gaber.
Italian vocalist Maria Laura Baccarini provides an in-depth interpretation of Italian poet, songwriter and dramaturge Giorgio Gaber’s poetry. The Italian language submerges the listeners in its musical emotionalism.
Inspired by Gaber, French violinist Régis Huby has created music that celebrates polyphonic dramaturgy and is interpreted by e.g. an electric violin and electronics.
The tour will be produced by Vapaat äänet (Finnish for Free Voices/Free Sounds) and supported by the Istituto Italiane di Cultura and Institut Français de Finlande.
